Joyful Renewal: Prospect Place
Is a large-scale beautification and wayfinding mural project to transform a defunct, institutional nursing facility into affordable housing for families and elderly with a warm, uplifting and inviting sense of place. This project is a leader in renewable energy and efficient design. At 12,000sqft this project consists of 10 exterior murals and 360 degrees of spandrel murals reflecting the landscape it is situated around.
